S.M.H. Cooper has traveled to many locales real and imaginary in a variety of different fields ranging from informal education in museums to libraries and speculative writing.

Their background in science museums and interdisciplinary programming often filters into their writing in a myriad of ways from background world building to inspiration from history and more.

Ranging from fantasy and sci-fi to astronomy and the writing craft as well as contemporary fiction in topic, children to adult in ages, and from short pieces to novels, they don’t believe in limiting themselves. Through it all, S.M.H. strives to help inspire all people to reach for their own stars in their own ways.
